The beginnings…

It all started with our first project: the San Bernardo Student Residence. The project itself, how we worked on it, and the client’s needs led us to internally question our working methodology to do things differently and improve with each project.

The change in methodology…

Instead of following the traditional process of assembling furniture on-site, we decided to send the furniture pre-identified and assembled with all necessary adaptations, both on-site and at the factory.

Although this increased transportation costs, it greatly simplified delivery and installation, saving time and avoiding complications. Each piece of furniture arrived ready to be installed, which sped up the process and reduced errors.

The results…

This approach not only improved efficiency but also allowed us to deliver projects on time and within budget. We learned and improved with every project, adapting to the specific needs of each student residence.

Currently, our goals have always been clear: to innovate, to be different, starting from a blank canvas with our knowledge and experience. Every step has been carefully studied to ensure the client’s success.
