The First Spark by Hilton in Europe: A Bold Move in Madrid
Located in the San Blas-Canillejas district, near Julián Camarillo Street, the new Spark Hotel represents the first implementation of this model in Europe. With a strong presence in the United States, this opening is a key step in the brand’s expansion across the continent.
Executing this project is a challenge in terms of design and functionality, setting new standards that could serve as a reference for future implementations in the region.
Our Role in the Project
At Alpha Contract, we are leading the furniture execution for this innovative hotel in Madrid, ensuring that every element meets the quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards required for a project of this scale.
We are currently in full production and supply phase for the hotel’s furnishings, working meticulously to ensure that all elements are ready before Easter.
Each piece we are developing has been carefully selected to fit within a compact design without compromising comfort. We work with materials and finishes defined by the property, ensuring their seamless integration into the project while meeting the necessary quality and functionality standards.
Challenges and Adaptation in Hotel Design
One of the main challenges, as Francisco Moreno explains, has been our ability to quickly adapt to changes required by the property and the hotel group. Every decision made must contribute to the project’s efficiency without compromising quality or the customer experience at Alpha Contract.

In this process, material selection plays a crucial role. We have integrated metals, upholstery, and wood in a harmonious balance that enhances the sense of warmth and functionality in every space.”
Entering the Final Phase of the Project
With the project moving forward at a steady pace, Alpha Contract remains focused on meeting deadlines and ensuring that every part of the hotel reflects the original vision of the Spark by Hilton brand.
By Easter, the production and installation of key elements will be completed, marking a milestone in the execution of this ambitious project.
